In the 21st century, developed countries turn to the information society, while more andmore developing countries meet the opportunities brought by informatization initiatively.However, the information gap which is between different areas, industries and groups expend.How to narrow the expanding information gap has been the problem crying out for solutions.Jiangxi is a major agricultural and weak industrial basement province. In recent years,although the rapid development of information obtained, there is still a large information gapto the eastern region. Therefore, t strategies to narrow the information gap between Jiangxiand the eastern regions from enterprises perspective.The main contents are as follows:Part I: Including chapter I and II.Introduce the basis, significance and related concepts ofthe topic. Review the research at home and abroad. Give significance and possibleinnovations point. Use DEA to evaluate economic efficiency of regional informatization andstudythe causes and formation processes which efficiencyresulting in the information gap.Part II: Maintain Chapter III, IV and V. According to analysis the causes of theinformation gap, propose strategies for enterprises using SDN concept and Agent technologyto reduce the information gap. Firstly, analysis of the limitations using past managementconcept to narrow information gap, build the CAS-SDN model to reduce the information gap,explain its mechanism and used Strategies. Then, analysis of the limitations using pastinformation technology to narrow information gap, build architecture based on Agent toreduce the information gap and used Strategies. Then propose the integration framework toreduce the information gap between the enterprises which The SDN concept to guide andAgent technologyto support, as an extend strategy based on above two.Part III: Chapter VI, Conclusion and Outlook. Summarize the main work and on the baseof which point out shortcomings.The all paper firstlystudied the reasons on information gap formation from the enterpriseperspective. Then according to that put forward the use of advanced management conceptsand advanced technology to improve the level of enterprises informatization, in order tonarrow the information gap between Jiangxi and the Eastern. All of what provide regionalenterprises a more detailed operational strategy for informatization applying, provide theregion's governments policy advice to develop regional information portal as a scientificreference, and also provide industrythe appropriate model for the platform prototype.
