Informatization Of Agent Project And Realization In Builders' Management System

Agent construction system is the unique characteristic management model and regime of the Chinese non-profit government investment projects. However, when carrying out the professional management we must break the knowledge barriers of the different fields, in order to improve the project's management level. The other areas'success informatization Construction provides breakthrough on behalf of the construction management and information's fusion. This thesis not only analyses the related business, information technological process, but also reflects the information on the feasibility and superiority through the implementation of the specific procedures.Making full use of technical means of information management in the agent system is necessary, that means the information flow of government investment projects can be effectively alternated,disposed and deliverd,then these work will contribute to information exchange between the subjects, communication, coordination, collaboration, supervision of the monitoring and so on. Builders need to solve technical and communication problems timely, and directly involve in the management of the whole process and make full use of the professional management's advantages.The thesis starts according to the following points:(1) On the basis of analyzing the patterns of disadvantages in government investment models, I clarified the theoretical framework of agent system and its management model, and then contrasted the different management models.(2) Agent system in the management mechanism is immature, so the inevitable problems still exist. For example, some of the imperfect legal system led to confusion in management. By improving the information exchange rate, I explore a supplementary aspect in information. I analyzed the urgency and significance of agent construction management model's informatization. Routes can be summarized as "raising theory -practicing-promoting".(3) The thesis systematically analysed the process of construction project management informatization, and described business procedure of the construction agency. The purpose of the informatization is to master the latest information of the project, avoid information loopholes, and filter effective information, so that it will guide the construction. The most important thing is that the information flow of agent construction has the unique characteristics.(4) The thesis analysed the key information technology in which the agent construction involved, the environmental support, web techniques, operating modes, Programming techniques and data-base techniques. It reflected the combination of agent construction and informatization in needs of analysis and technology.(5) The example analyzed the workflow under the information management and proposed some better schemes of promoting construction process, to avoid the engineering change because of the detailedless scheme and preliminary design that cause the waste of project funds beyond the technical level.
