Food quality, safety and environmental protection are major issues, which concern the human health and sustainable development. Building and carrying out an advanced, comprehensive and effective management system are particularly important, especially on the premise that standard systems lag behind the industrial development in China. Many Chinese enterprises have implemented international standards for the purpose of their own development and the green pass of the internal market since 1993. And then ISO14001 EMS and HACCP certificate which is peculiar to the food industry are becoming increasingly popular. Along with《Provisions for sanitation registration of export food manufacturing enterprise》and《Provisions for supervision of quality and safety of food manufacturing and processing enterprise》issued in 2002 and《Provisions for supervision of metrology of quantitative package articles》issued in 2005, the six management systems are becoming the important parts of modern management in the food enterprises, the important tools to improve management level and the important elements of internal practices. The paper studies the general situation, creation background, main contents, standard features and implementation meaning of different management systems, including ISO9001 QMS, ISO14001 EMS, ISO22000 FSMS, QS, CIQ and C flag, and then concludes the similarities and differences by comparing the main standards. On the basis of above standards, we take Y Company as an example. We build a PDCA-based integrated management system according to the company's specific situation and analyze the features of the management system. The paper provides a reference to the food enterprises for building and implementing an integrated management system.
