Food safety is an important issue involving the public. In recent years, with people’s healthsafe consciousness unceasingly strengthened and food safety frequently happening, food safetyproblem has become the focus of attention of the people. The state and society on food qualityand safety requirements and supervision is more and more strict and normative, food processingenterprises must gradually improve and optimize their food quality and safety managementsystem, in accordance with the state of the industry quality regulation, actively participate ininternational standard quality system certification, the establishment of an effectiveimprovement of food quality and safety management system.In this paper the research related to the ISO9001quality management system, HACCPhazard analysis and critical control point and food quality and safety market access system areintroduced and reviewed, food quality and safety market access system, ISO9001standard,HACCP principle the three characteristics of each point, focus is different, but the three have alot in common point, can organic fusion. Then on the Xingtai XG beverage company foodquality security management system the basic situation, the status and existing problems aredescribed and the analysis, proposed in the food quality and safety management system in theconstruction of the problem; finally, the article puts forward to improve system of food qualityand safety management system countermeasure and measure, food enterprises should establishthe food quality and safety market access system, ISO9001standard, HACCP principlecombining the integration of food quality and safety management system, strengthen the foodsafety management team construction, strengthen management, continuous improvementsystem, ensure food quality and safety.The hope through this article to the system of food quality safety management research, toother small and medium-sized beverage enterprises of food quality and safety management hasa certain reference value.
