The triple pressure of market price competition, raw materials costs rising and operating costs rising have a tremendous impact on PCB manufacturers. In Group F Business Division PCB, material procurement costs account for more than 70% of the total cost of business. Low price competition faced by the market, companies in addition to tap its potential to reduce wear and tear, another important task is to optimize the procurement management, fully integrated supplier of external resources.In this paper, Group F Business Division PCB as the main object of study, the combination of theory and practice, the status and problems cause of the procurement management of Group F Business Division PCB are analyzed. On the basis of the analysis, proposed the executable optimization solutions of the procurement management, and enterprise implementation. The main research work includes the following aspects:Firstly, the research background, purpose, significance, contents and method of this paper are discussed. Combined with the actual situation of Group F Business Division PCB, the main text and the research methods of the paper are proposed.Secondly, introduced the basic theory of the supply chain procurement management and procurement. Also introduced the definition of business process reengineering, objectives and implementation methods.Thirdly, Combined with the purchasing organization and operation situation of Group F Business Division PCB, the actual problems of the procurement organization, procurement processes and vendor management are analyzed.Finally, from four aspects, including procurement organization, procurement processes, procurement operations (planning, order processing, receiving inspection and due payment) and supplier management, the optimization solutions is proposed and applied in Group F Business Division PCB. Application effect is analyzed to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the solutions.
