Along with the rapid development of the economy and the improvement of people's living standards in China,health care industry ushers in a golden opportunity for development. Furthermore, the fast growth of industry production value and industry scale gives a hint of the potential for the health care industry. According to incomplete statistics of Chinese health care association, the production value of Chinese health care industry in 2006, 2007 and 2008 are 550 billion Yuan, 600 billion Yuan and 800 billion Yuan respectively; the number of health care companies is almost 3000 and there are more than 3 million Employees in health care industry. However, with the flourish of health care industry,many serious problems of management which hinder the health care companies'development have been exposed such as inefficient management of retailer, ineffective restraint and motivation of employees, improper control of capital and production.This paper firstly summarizes the theories of performance management, and analyzes development process of Chinese health care industry and its characteristics of incentive and evaluation mechanism. Based on above study and analysis of problem on incentive mechanism and performance management of company A, a complete system of performance management is established for Company A from the perspective of human resources management. According to the implement and effect of performance planning, performance assessment and performance feedback, this new performance management system has a significantly incentive effect which raise employees'real enthusiasm and increase their satisfaction and senses of belonging.
