Ever since we have entered the 21st century, in market-oriented economy, the competitions between enterprises have become more and more fierce. The arrival of the era of knowledge economy's also promotes the value of human resources. Superiority in human resources has become one of the most competitive factors for enterprises. If enterprises are to survive the fierce market competition and make development and growth under this situation, we must strengthen the human resources development management, and pay greater emphasis on human resource management method.China Coal Mine Construction Group Corporation is a state-owned large-scale construction group enterprise, with the staff amount over ten thousand. During the continuous development of the enterprise through incorporation and recombination, the group's human resource work has transformed from the traditional, businesslike personnel service to be professional, strategic modern human resources management. This has provided powerful support for the realization of the group's production and operation development as well as the strategic target. However, there is still a disparity between the fast development phase of the enterprise and the development goal in future. There is the need to formulate a scientific, systematic, and forward-looking human resources management system.The thesis carries on thorough analysis of the group's existing human resources condition in its fast development perid,finds the problems and makes optimum design for human resources methods.With absorbing the valuable experience of human resource predecessors, the thesis made a research of the group's human resources management. In this way, the thesis attempts to provide some mentalities and suggestions to the group's strategic human resources management, and make a contribution to the group's persistent, healthy, and fast development.
