In order to evaluate the cost of logistics and the logistics services level of the pharmaceutical companies whether are reasonable, we need to design a set of logistics performance evaluation system which will targeted and practical. According to the system to evaluate the performance of the logistics of the company, and then to evaluate and improvement the status of enterprises logistics, and provide the guidance of the further development of the logistics strategy.On the base of having read a lot of papers and books which are related with the logistics performance evaluation of pharmaceutical companies, has analyzed the necessary of the evaluation. Combining the related research at home and abroad, the paper constructs a set of evaluation system for the performance of the logistics of the pharmaceutical companies from two aspects, including the internal logistics performance and external logistics performance, and then established a dynamic model, and finally tested. the model by means of a case. The paper has established a evaluation index system for the pharmaceutical from both internal and external logistics. The established evaluation model was based on the corresponding index system. The main contents of the model are as follows: First, when evaluating the internal logistics performance of the manufacturing companies, we should calculate the weights in different periods, combine the subjective manners and objectives manner to set the weights of the index weighting, then can get the different evaluation value of each index object in different times; Second, when evaluating the external logistics performance of the manufacturing, the paper makes use of the improved fuzzy AHP method to calculate the weight of each index, then comes to a comprehensive external evaluation value; Third, the above two steps are internal and external logistics performance values, which are substituted into the integrated model, getting a integrated logistics performance evaluation values of manufacturing enterprises in different timeFinally, the paper listed a pharmaceutical company which is set in Wuhan as the case study of the performance evaluation of logistics, the case shows that the reasonableness of the index system theory and the feasibility in the process of the practical application.
