The Research On The Performance Evaluation Of Intellectual Property Management Of Listed Pharmaceutical Companies In China

With the development of knowledge economy,the construction of intellectual property rights has become the key to the competition of enterprises under the background of economic globalization.In order to integrate into the globalization better,improve the core competitiveness o f enterprises for coping with the fierce market competition,improving the level of enterprise intellectual property management has become a top priority.Based on the specific characteristics of intellectual property rights of pharmaceutical enterprises in China and the relevant theoretical research,this paper analyses the relationship between intellectual property rights,intellectual property rights management and pharmaceutical enterprises.On the other hand,this paper establishes the index system of intellectual property management performance evaluation of Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises from the whole process of intellectual property management.And on this basis,this paper establishes a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,which is used to evaluate the performance of intellectual property management combined with examples of China's pharmaceutical enterprises.This paper aims to provide a scientific and feasible method for the evaluation of the performance of intellectual property management in Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises,and put forward some suggestions on improving the intellectual property management in pharmaceutical enterprises.(1)Based on the analysis of intellectual property rights,intellectual property rights management theory and the characteristics of intellectual property management of pharmaceutical enterprises,combining the existing research and the specific practice of intellectual property management in C hinese pharmaceutical enterprises,this paper think that 5 indexes have significant effects on the intellectual property management in pharmaceutical enterprise.The 5 indexes are platform construction of intellectual property management,intellectual property rights research and development,intellectual property protection,intellectual property operation and intellectual property strategy.And on this basis,this paper establishes a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,which is used to evaluate the performance of intellectual property management combined with examples of China's pharmaceutical enterprises.Based on the research needs of this paper,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to establish the performance evaluation model of intellectual property management of pharmaceutical enterprises.(2)The listed company,Joincare pharmaceutical Group Industry Co.,Ltd.,which is highly competitive in the pharmaceutical industry,is selected to carry out the empirical research on the performance evaluation index system of the intellectual property management of the pharmaceutical enterprises establis hed in this paper.Through the analysis,we can find that even in the pharmaceutical industry has a high competitiveness of the listed company,its whole process of intellectual property management performance is at a general level.O nly part of the process of the intellectual property management is in the "better" level,the overall level is barely satisfactory.This shows that in the management of intellectual property rights of pharmaceutical enterprises in China is still need to be promoted.
