Lean logistics originates from lean thinking of Japanese Toyota car company. Its spirit is to extinguish all waste including storage, and it develops a series of detailed methods on basis of its spirit. It is a management system of pursuing the lowest cost and storage, the least waste and the shortest delivery time, found on basis of manpower and equipment. It improve the flexibility and agility of logistics circulation, enhance customer satisfaction and keep performing improvement, through eliminating all unvalued waste in progress. More and more enterprises pay attention to the importance of lean logistics, with the tough competence in global manufacturing filed.This paper collects information about manpower, machine, material and method, analyzes relative elements and uses value streaming map to do research on T product's process from material incoming to shipping in order to find the improvement feasibility, make implementation plan and optimize whole value stream of T product to realize logistics optimization and make the value stream map after improvement, through research on lean logistics theory and its application to T product.At last, the target of lean logistics optimization of T product is to reduce build time by 50%, improve productivity by 50% and lower the defect yield rate by 5%. |
