With China's increasing pace of reform and opening up the domestic industry have entered all the track of rapid development, especially in machinery industry and other manufacturing enterprises, but also set off a wave of learning production management, and benefit a great deal. In the production management methods, lean production has been through training, on-site implementation, inspection and other forms of advanced enterprise in China to take root.
