The thesis aims to deplore the relationships among Psychological Empowerment and employee's Creativity. The research mainly explored the effects of psychological empowerment and the four component of psychological empowerment (including: meaning, competence, self-determination & impact) on employee's creativity and tested the mediating role of positive affect, the moderating role of power distance.Previous research mainly focused on the psychological empowerment as a mediate variable affected on the creative behavior and creativity. There are not too much empirical research to test the mechanism of the relationship between the psychological empowerment and the consequence variable. This paper take positive affect as mediate and power distance as moderate is the highlight of the research.Samples of the current research are collected from 12 firms in Henan, Xinjiang and Shanghai province. 175 questionnaires were sent out, and finally receive 167 valid data. The data validity rate is 95.43%. This thesis reached the following research conclusions:(1)Meaning, competence, self-determination, impact all predict creativity.(2)Meaning, competence, self-determination, impact all predict positive affect.(3)Positive affect partially mediates the relationship between psychological empowerment(meaning, competence, self-determination)and creativity.(4)Power distance positively moderate the relationship between psychological empowerment(self-determination, impact)and creativity.
