At the present stage,the national macro-economic development momentum is insufficient,the growth rate is slow,and the micro-enterprise products and services are difficult to meet the high-level demand of consumers,etc.,innovation has been raised to an unprecedented level by the government and enterprise organizations.However,scholars in the study of creativity heavy individual localization and light overall research situation so that the overall creativity theory and research is relatively scarce,so the leader in the process of enterprise management in the overall innovation management lack of specific theory instruction,and the influence of long-term centralised management localization,the team overall innovation performance is not ideal,it won't be a result of strong support organizations to achieve the remarkable innovation performance and long-term development,and the government also hope there is a big gap between the innovation output of results.Based on this,this study by transformational leadership as the independent variable,team creativity as the dependent variable,psychological empowerment as intermediary variables,power distance as regulating variable,exploration,research,four variables at the team level influence each other relations,enriched and developed the related research in the field of creativity,for government and enterprise organization provides a reasonable and feasible innovation management theory instruction,has good practical significance and theory significance.Combined with the related theories and literature analysis,this study discusses the theory of relationship between transformational leadership and team creativity and influence model,combined with field investigation and questionnaire online two ways of data collection and inspection work,and recover the sample data to make use of SPSS22.0 and AMOS22.0 data aggregation,the empirical analysis,and hypothesis testing,the results show that:(1)transformational leadership have significant positive effects on team creativity.Among them,vision motivation and leadership personalized care have a significant positive impact on team creativity.(2)psychological authorization of employees has a significant positive impact on team creativity.Among them,work meaning,influence,self-efficacy and autonomy all have a significant positive impact on team creativity.(3)transformational leadership has a significant positive impact on psychological empowerment.Among them,the model of virtue has positive influence on work meaning and work autonomy.Vision motivation has positive influence on work meaning and self-efficacy.Leadership charisma has positive influence on self-efficacy and work autonomy.Personalized care has a positive impact on all dimensions of psychological empowerment.(4)psychological authorization has a partial mediating effect between transformational leadership and team creativity.(5)power distance has a significant moderating effect between psychological authorization and team creativity,and transformational leadership and team creativity.At the same time,based on relevant theories and research conclusions,this study puts forward the following innovative management enlightenment :(1)establish a regular personnel selection mechanism according to the transformational leadership dimension data,establish an employee characteristics evaluation system according to the development needs of the organization and team,cultivate transformational leadership talents,and improve the overall leadership effectiveness of the organization.(2)in team management,team leaders should cultivate and improve employees' sense of job security and power sharing,create a harmonious power atmosphere,and help employees build a correct sense of power.(3)establish a good communication and coordination mechanism,avoid the officiality-based thinking,reduce unnecessary cognitive errors,break the defensive line of employees' negative psychological resistance,and improve the service consciousness of employees' active participation in team management and construction.(4)establish the overall creativity evaluation index mechanism,and adopt multi-link,multi-objective and multi-form incentives to drive employees to independently develop,strengthen and cultivate individual creativity.
