Research On Investment Control Under Agent Construction Mode

Agent construction consolidates the project management functions by agency construction company, which distributed by the original users, formatted the management mode and operation mechanism of scientific government investment decisions and professional construction management and standardized construction market behavior. As its advantages, agent construction is being got more attentions by the local government. On the other hand, government investment in construction projects is also a significant share for the whole national economy, if it is not effectively controlled in the implementation process, the waste of the social resources will inevitably appeared. How can the agency construction company control the government investment effectively and achieve the expected goals? This paper will do an exploratory research.This paper stands on the behalf of agency construction company,based on the principles of whole process investment control,combines theory with practice, elaborates and researches the investment control of agency construction company. Since agency construction company involved in the project after the project investment decisions, this article focuses on the investment control of project design stage and project implementation stage.This paper discusses the application of agent construction of government projects and the investment control theory, combined of the characteristics of construction projects, and researches the theory of investment control and methods of work. This paper takes Tianjin Capital Environmental Protection Group Co. and Tianjin Ziya circular economy industrial park project as an example, establishs and applies the ideas and processes of agent construction's investment control. Data prove that the method of investment control which proposed in the article is effective.This method of investment control wants to provide some reference for the effective investment control of the agency construction company.
