| A series of traffic problems emerge as the developing of Chinese economy and accelerating of the process of urbanization. Developing urban rail transit is the effective way to solve the problems. With the advancement of networking construction of transportation infrastructure, comprehensive rail transit hub has become an important part of the urban comprehensive transportation system. Effective operation of the comprehensive rail transit hub is the precondition for normal operation of urban rail transit.By study on related theories and typical cases of comprehensive transportation hub at home and abroad, this paper studies operation management mode of comprehensive transportation hub from operation mode,management interface division and operating company formation.This paper put forward two proposals for every aspect, in order to provide specific reference for comprehensive transportation hub in China. Government department should be in the form of the assisted by the Administrative Committee to participation in hub management, the work of which are mainly coordinated operating company. Programme one sets operating company, which is responsible for hub's construction and operation management. Supplementary programme sets a commercial company to reduce the workload of operating company. The paper divides management interface by " who invest, who management " mode. Programme one give the government non– profits area and poor profitability area to construct and manage, the profitable area is given to social investors. Programme two give some profitable area to operating company, this will increase the carrier's profitability. This paper proposes programmes of organizational structure from the perspective of modern enterprise management and virtual organization management.
