Brand s trategy pl ays a c rucial role in accelerating t he t ransformation of economic development mode, and the development of region brand strategy needs strong s upport a nd guide f rom t he g overnment. T he t otal vol ume a nd i ncreasing number of C hina w ell-known m ark i s f eatured b y t heir e asily-obtained, hi ghly authoritative and consistent statistical standards and to certain degree they can reflect the e ffect of r egion br and s trategy i mplementation. B esides, t he R &D c osts, t he number of scale enterprises, the stock of three valid patents, total number of effective trademark registrations and average size of enterprises may make an influence in the region brand. Based on the China Brand Strategy Report and data revealed in the China S tatistical Yearbook, t his pa per, t aking t he years from 2007 to 2010 f or inspection period, t ries to find t he correlation between R &D costs and i ncreasing number of well-known of trademark, and explore the correlation between the number of scale enterprises, the stock of three valid patents, number of effective trademark registrations, average size of enterprises and the stock of China well-known mark with S PSS. A c omprehensive e valuation i ndex s ystem f or e nterprises br and competitiveness is established in this paper which calculates some indexes with the Dirichlet M odel a nd e xpert e valuation m ethod, a nd a lso t his pa per t ests t he explanatory ability and predictive ability of the system through the example of China Candy Market in 2010. What's more, by analyzing and summarizing development status of domestic and overseas brand strategy, the article sets up the Unary Linear Regression Model, Binary Linear Regression Model and a comprehensive evaluation index system for enterprises brand competitiveness to explore the significant factors influencing t he development of r egion br and strategy, which would pr ovide s ome ideas for the government to refer to.
