The Study On Project Management Performance Of Project Driven Enterprise

The main purpose of this study is to establish a project management performanceevaluation system for project driven enterprise.And using BP neural network to build aevaluation model of project management performance. Study on project managementperformance in projects driven enterprise can make contributions to improving projectmanagement performance in China and playing the best advantage of project management.Thesis started research work using these methods: empirical analysis, combined analysisand normative analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysisand other methods.Firstly, it introduced the research background, significance, research status at homeand abroad, research contents and methods. And explained the relevant theory aboutperformance and project management performance, these laid a theoretical foundation forthe research to the evaluation of project management performance.Secondly, based on five principles: scientific, target consistency and critical, etc.Combined with influence factors of project driven model enterprise project managementperformance and the principle of Balanced Score Card, this paper established two, threeand four rank indicators about the evaluation of project driven enterprise projectmanagement performance.There are four secondary evaluation indexes, it includes fourindicators: financial level, project process management level, customer level, learning andgrowth levels.Four-indicator as the basis for the questionnaire. Through the detaileddescription of the contents of the index, it makes the questionnaire, and to be investigatedto enterprises.Thirdly, through collated data and normalized data, it establishes a BP nerve networkmodel for evaluating projects drivenenterprise project management performance. And thentrain and test the model.Ultimately getting the scientifically and reliable projectmanagement performance evaluation model.Finally, based on using project management performance evaluation model in BeijingSI-TECH Computer System Engineering Ltd,the thesis gets a conclusion that BeijingSI-TECH Computer System Engineering Ltd's project management performance level ishigher. Meanwhile, inorder to improve the level of project management performance thesis gives some suggestions to Beijing SI-TECH Computer System Engineering Ltd.Such as paying attention to project culture construction and improving the project managerabilities, strengthen management and control about project process, perfect supervisionand examination mechanism of project management performance.
