Customer-Driven Project Management is a new project management mode intergrate project management, customer satisfaction and total quality management. According to the customer-driven theory which Bruce T. Barkley & James H. Saylor brang forward, this paper deeply expounded the concept, characterics and applicability of customer-driven project management, designed a team organization structure of customer-driven project and a conceptional customer-driven project management process. This process emphasis the full satisfaction of the customer and total quality management, drien by the customer, and led by the customer, expand the project cycle to the phase before contract with the customer and after hand over the project.This paper analysis the current status and characteristics of internal auto accessories enterprises, base on the characteristics, and intergrate the APQP process used in the auto accessories enterprises generally, designed a detailed customer-driven project management process. This process can lead to more customer satisfaction, improve the product quality in the design phase and produce phase, keep in good relationship with the customer, and get more projects according to the good cooperation. This paper summarized the application key points, including the staff arrangement, project control, risk management, contract management and scope management, which can assure the successful application of customer-driven project management in the enterprises.
