Research On Fresh Agricultural Produce Supply Chain Model Of Hebei Province

As a abundant fresh agricultural produce province,Hebei province is featured by itsvarieties of fresh agricultural product and large output. But the fresh produce supply chainapproach is relatively backward, which seriously hindered the development of agriculturaleconomy and farmers' income, also affected the economic development of Hebei province.Therefore, it is very urgent to build an efficient fresh product supply chain.Through research and analysis on domestic and agricultural supply chain and theexisting supply chain of fresh produce in Hebei Province, this thesis points out that theagricultural product wholesale market dominant, supermarket dominant, farmercollaboration organization oriented as well as the third party logistics enterprise orientedsupply chain models are not suitable for the development of agricultural economy ofHebei Province. Based on this, this thesis studies and constructs the supply chain mode forHebei provincial agricultural industrialization leading enterprises. Studies on leadingenterprises in agricultural industrialization mode are most important to solve leadingenterprise logistics system construction problems as well as the interest couplingmechanism. In the logistics system construction, using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to the Hebei province eleven city of fresh agricultural products distribution centeralternative address selection, And by using the0-1integer programming in Hebei provinceof fresh agricultural products distribution center layout; In the interest couplingmechanism of leading enterprises, this thesis uses the contract theory and game theory toconstruct a balanced company-farmer contract model. It describes the agricultural industrializationleading enterprise supply chain model in the feasibility of Hebei Province, and also pointsout that the industrialization of agriculture leading enterprises supply chain deficienciesand future development strategies.The research on Hebei Province agricultural products supply chain model hasimportant theoretical and practical significance. By the theory of modern supply chaincombined with fresh produce, this thesis proposes implementation within the region's fresh produce supply chain ideas and methods and enriches the theory of modern supplychain system. A variety of fresh produce supply chain model in Hebei Province isanalyzed, introduction and construction of agricultural industrialization leading enterprisesof fresh agricultural product supply chain model, which fit the development of HebeiAgricultural situation. This can solve the contradiction between supply and demand of freshproduce, improve the quality of fresh agricultural products and provide a reference forother regions.
