Fresh produce is one of the most important components of people's daily consumption.Fresh produce represented by vegetables,fruits,meat,eggs,milk,aquatic products,and cooked food products is indispensable in our lives.Its quality and freshness and logistics speed are directly related to the health and convenience of people's lives.In the past,people used to buy fresh agricultural products in markets,supermarkets,etc.With rapid development of the e-commerce,fresh e-commerce and farm direct purchases have also increased.Significant changes have taken place in the sales and purchase of fresh produce.However,the e-commerce logistics cannot keep pace with the development of e-commerce shopping.Usually,fresh produce has the characteristics of short-term freshness and perishability at room temperature.There are certain requirements in the logistics process.Currently,Only a small part of fresh agricultural products logistics transportation have achieved professional cold-chain logistics.And the terminal distribution of fresh agricultural products logistics needs to ensure timeliness,preservation,less damage and rot,as a direct link with customers,its delivery service model and service level has played an important role for consumers satisfaction and rapid rise of the entire express logistics industry.Based on the existing researches,research the three kinds of logistics terminal distribution models,delivery,smart delivery cabinets,and third-party collection.Through the collection and analysis of data,use the super-efficient data envelope method.Comparative analysis three models from the end of the courier delivery industry,fixed-cost per unit time,delivery costs at the end of the courier,logistics service delivery time,delivery volume and damage rate per unit time as input and output indicators.and combined with the three The efficiency values of these distribution methods have been optimized for the logistics terminal distribution in the seven districts of Beijing.At the end of the paper,suggestions were put forward for the logistics terminal distribution of fresh agricultural products.
