Research On The Construction Of Modern Agricultural Demonstration Park Under The Background Of New Urbanization In Changsha NANTUO Street

In recent years,with the special geographical location,cultural value,and ecological advantages,modern agricultural park is becoming a hot topic of the new urbanization.Exploring the characteristics of urbanization road in modern agricultural park,giving the concept of innovation with construction and development,is the realization of innovation model about agricultural modernization,industrialization and characterization.As the breakthrough point, this study is exploring on the construction of Changsha NANTUO modern agricultural park.Firstly,this paper is summarized the status of modern agricultural park in NANTUO,and determined the development of the agricultural garden.The leading industry of NANTUO modern agricultural garden is the modern agriculture,ecological tourism and business services,modern agriculture is the basic industry, ecological tourism is the driving industry,commercial service is the supporting industry.With the industrial selection,the spatial layout of agricultural park is divided into“the area the axis the ring the nuclear the three center”,and according to the orientation of the development of“the music world”,the agricultural park is constructed into seven functional areas.The innovation of the development mode of agricultural park including the mode of mixed placement and reemployment of farmers,the circulation patterns ofagricultural land,the development mode of the homestead,the developmental pattern slow city.On this basis, established a comprehensive evaluation index system of the agricultural park,and using the AHP analysis method,Assigned the weight of economic benefits, social benefits, ecological benefits, tourism benefits and technology demonstration and 15 three level indexes.Building fuzzy matrix of evaluation factors based on expert consultation method and fuzzy evaluation method,and we know that the comprehensive benefit of modern agriculture park NANTUO is“good”through the compound operation.According to the development of modern and the comprehensive benefit evaluation of agriculture park in NANTUO,This paper proposed the development measures:to establish a display window of Changzhutan “two type society”as the goal,to create a base model of sightseeing agriculture in Hunan Province as an opportunity, to create a pilot demonstration area of urban-rural integration in Hunan Province as the platform, To promote the transformation of rural-City and the construction of comprehensive high-quality city as the driving force,to improve a series of measures and ensure the construction process smoothly as safeguard.
