Empirical Study On Urbanization And Urban Land Expansion In Anhui Province

With the development of society and economy, the cities in our country are experiencing the urban expanding because of the acceleration of urbanization. The conflict between urban expansion and protection of farmland is more acuity. In March 2004, premier Wen jiabao put forward to promote the rise of central region in the government work report, cause the great concern of central province. On January 12 2010,the state council official approval"wan jiang urban undertake industrial transfer demonstration area planning", and Anhui undertake industrial transfer demonstration zone along the urban construction in the national development strategy. This is so far the only theme in industrial transfer of regional development planning, it is the major measure to promote the coordinated development of regional. Anhui province has its geographical advantages, great natural and cultural resources, all kinds of industries, with sustainable competitive advantage in central regions.In the new situation, the correct understanding of Anhui province urbanization and urban land distribution features, an empirical analysis of the quantitative relationship between them, is the important way of the coordinated development and land saving. This makes the study not only have positive theoretical significance and also practical significance.The paper divides into six chapters, specific content as follows:The first chapter, introduction, from research background, this paper reveals the significance of the research, then expounds the idea and research method, summarized the domestic and foreign relevant research progress, and analysis the former research achievements.The second chapter defines the concept and research analyzed the urbanization and urban study of the theoretical basis, this conclusion provides solid theoretical foundation for the research.The third chapter, basically analysis the evolution process of urbanization development of Anhui province from four aspects and analyzes the characteristics of urban land expansion in Anhui province, summarized the Anhui province urbanization and urban sprawl features.Chapter 4 constructs the Anhui province urbanization level index system, and through the factor analysis, extraction the basic factors of Anhui province urbanization.The fifth chapter , through using statistical data, analyze the interactive development relationship of urbanization and the internal various levels of correlation degree.And using the correlation analysis,partial regression analysis and cointegration analysis in quantitative analysis.The sixth chapter,epilogue. Induce the conclusion and perspective, how to accelerate the urbanization process, and the suggestion about the coordinated development with the urbanization and urban land.
