Study On Urban Land Intensive Use And Its Evaluation In Anhui Province

The trend of new urbanization leads people to give more attention to the intensive use of urban land. However, only few literatures combining the process of Regional urbanization Policy conditions of land intensive use for research. The optimal allocation of urban land is an important condition for the sustainable development of regional economy, society and ecology. Anhui province is the new urbanization pilot provinces throughout the country, the strategy of rise of central China provinces and grain production base. Based on the above consideration, this paper choose Anhui province as study area. Efficiency measure urban land intensive utilization in Anhui province and the analysis of its influencing factors, not only beneficial to the improvement of urban land intensive utilization in Anhui province, but also provide support for the rise of central China, regional sustainable development.Starting from the background of intensive utilization, this paper defined the connotation of urban land intensive utilization and illustrated the use of urban land intensive utilization rule and influencing factors in the theoretical overview. Based on the Intensive utilization of the whole province and 16 cities in Anhui, we created a scientific evaluation index system. Aimed at the current situation of urbanization using structure in Anhui province, the empirical analysis part was divided into three steps: As a first step, using the method of comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the overall situation in Anhui province; The second step, using data envelopment analysis method to measure the efficiency; At last, quantify the administrative policy factors in land intensive use, and establish multiple linear regression model. By applying the method of stepwise regression to optimalize selection regression equation, then analyze the factors influencing intensive utilization in Anhui province. Therefore, we hope to point targeted Suggestions to perfect the urban land intensive use level in Anhui province.The main conclusions of this paper: Urbanization of Anhui province have developed rapidly, both in the acceleration period, keep up with the development of the whole country`s urbanization. On urban land intensive utilization trend analysis, urban land population carrying capacity in Anhui province are growing, intensive utilization of land for economic development level can be accepted.From the point of overall evaluation, the economic factors is the main factor that decide the urban land intensive use level in Anhui province. From the point of urban land intensive utilization efficiency measure in Anhui province, the regional gap is big, Hefei, Tongling, Wuhu, Ma Anshan city land intensive use level is superior than others. To improve the efficiency, we cannot only depend on the investment in fixed assets, labor input, at the same time also need to give attention to both industry structure and employment structure, refused to waste on the input and output.From the influence factors analysis point of view, is consistent with the overall evaluation. Economic factors are the most important influence factors of urban land intensive level in Anhui province. But on the social policy factors, the completeness of relevant policy system in Anhui province is insufficient. The guide of land planning publicity is weak.
