This article has redefined the Business Model Innovation after indexing and enumerating some popular notions then comparing and seeking for their inner consistency.Meanwhile, in order to reveal the inherent logic of Business Model Innovation where the corporations adopt as well as give attention to the completeness & consistency of theoretical study, this article packs up & sums up the relevant literatures on Business Model Innovation from four perspectives of Strategy Analysis, Element Utilization, Value Innovation & Systematic Integration, and explores the questions on precondition, primary impetus, essential logic & inherent mechanism.The article also brought forward the Business Model Innovation Analysis Structure based on the value acquisition & upgrade, which comes out of four perspectives of Strategy Analysis, Element Utilization, Value Innovation & Systematic Integration. It pointed out the core logic of designing the Business Model in Value Network where how corporations find out, create, acquire & allocate the values through some typical case studies.
