Research On Universal Model Base System Of Comprehensive Evaluation Support System

Comprehensive evaluation is an open and cross subject which covers many aspects of the social life. Universal comprehensive evaluation support system assists comprehensive evaluation by computer, and is independent with certain evaluation problems and areas. Therefore, it is important for quantifying evaluation problems, automating evaluation process and supporting decision making. However, the model base system is the core of the comprehensive evaluation support system. This system stores, classifies and maintains the comprehensive evaluation models, assists model selection, and makes an interface for system integration.Universal model base system is the system classifying and managing models, supporting for generating, storing, querying, selecting, running, and analyzing the models. It organizes the comprehensive evaluation models through managing and analyzing the models. Based on model dictionary and model database, the universal model base system puts the comprehensive evaluation models into use effectively. Therefore, users can create certain model base system quickly, and the reduplicate of the system can be avoided.Based on analyzing the system necessity, universal issues, and models of this system, this dissertation constructs its total structure and framework, describes and designs its workflow and functions. The model base system has been designed in detail from model representing, model storing, model dynamic chaining, model maintaining and model interface, so that the dynamic maintaining of this system has been realized. Then according to the characteristics of the comprehensive evaluation models, a model automatic selection method based on C4.5 has been supposed which realized universal system application. Finally the dissertation takes the Hei Long Jiang city and municipal economy comprehensive evaluation issues as the empirical study, and its results prove that this system has universality.
