The balanced scorecard is a comprehensive performance management system which combines the overall strategy with the specific indicators,it has a positive meaning not only for the large enterprises but also for the small and medium enterprises' performance management;Logistics enterprise performance management is also an important practical problem for logistics companies,the paper has practical value for logistics enterprise performance management practice and the study of the balanced scorecard in logistics enterprise performance management in the specific application.Firstly,this article elaborates the balanced scorecard's concept,the characteristic and the embodiment of the balance,introducing the current situation of the development of the balanced scorecard and the present study of enterprise performance management,analyzing rationality,scientific and superiority of the balanced scorecard which is used in logistics enterprise performance management qualitatively. Then,it puts forward an implemented method which is based on logistics enterprise performance management of the balanced scorecard,this method mainly solves three core issues: (1) How to combine the performance management and the balanced scorecard;(2) The comparison of balanced scorecard and other performance management method ; (3) Questions involve logistics enterprise performance management models which are based on the balanced scorecard. Finally,this paper takes Dingtong logistics company as an example,through the case analysis,the company's balanced scorecard is made from the SWOT analysis, the strategic diagram and the strategic target decomposition,giving the implementation plan of balanced scorecard of the company. And then,it selects evaluation indexes matching the actual situation of the company from the four dimensions of the balanced scorecard,evaluating the current situation of the performance management,and putting forward concrete Suggestions of the performance improvement. Case analysis help the enterprise managers define the present problems which are existing in the enterprise performance management and the strategies which should be taken,these all provide decision-making for improving performance management level and optimizing operation procedure.
