China's small and medium-sized high-tech companies are faced with the challenges of rapid industry upgrades,shortened life cycles,and unpredictable demands of consumer groups,so that small and medium-sized high-tech companies can continue to grow in a rapidly changing environment,improve profitability.In order to improve competitiveness and change the extensive internal management model,small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises need a scientific and rational performance management system.This article focuses on small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises,describes the process of building a balanced scorecard performance management system based on strategic maps,and applies it to C smart instrument companies.This article first reviews the literature and theories related to the field of balanced scorecards and performance management.It uses C companies as specific research objects,analyzes the basic situation of C companies and their original performance assessment management methods.It finds that C companies have many problems in its performance management through research.For example,company do not build a performance management system that is strategically connected.Second,it analyzes the internal and external environment of C companies to formulate strategies.Through the mapping of companies' strategies,they gradually analyze the goals of C companies.The strategic goal is transformed into an index system,which makes the evaluation index and the company's development strategy meet each other,and build a balanced scorecard performance management system from the three levels of the company,department,and staff.Finally,through the process of C company implementation strategy,the analysis and recommendations are made on the management process and protection measures of integrating balanced scorecard into C company.
