Research Wood Industry Competitive Power Of Jianshan County In Zhejiang Province

Nowadays, economical globalization is an challenge that even no country or enterprise could avoid.The key issue of enterprises' development deciding their destinies is that the strength of enterprises' corecompetitivenesses and if these core competitivenesses could highlight in competition. The mostemergent issue to be resolved is that how to change the traditional concepts of wood processingenterprises in Jiazhan, and then optimize product structure, obsolete backward production capacity,express self advantages, use existing resources, strengthen enterprises' competitivenesses, cultivatingand elevating enterprises' core competitivenesses.Based on relative theories on core competitiveness and relative researches on wood processingenterprises, this paper analyses the form history, development present situation, the advantages anddisadvantages of development and the influence factors of core competitiveness. Based on the previousanalysis, this paper builds a wood processing enterprises' core competitiveness evaluation system whichcontains six second-indexes and 32 third-indexes, builds evaluation model combined with hierarchyprocess analysis and entropy weight-double basis points method. The model uses hierarchy processanalysis to correct entropy weight-double basis points, which is used to decide the objective weight,making the evaluation results to be more scientific and objective. By the empirical analysis of Zhejiangyuhua wood industry Co. LTD which is a leading wood processing enterprise in Jiazhan and 3 woodindustry Co. LTD in Nanxun which are comparable to the previous enterprise, this paper verifies thefeasibility and practically of the evaluation system and the model. At the same time, the paper comes tothe result that the core competitivenesses of Zhejiang yuhua wood industry Co. LTD which couldrepresent and lead the development level of wood processing enterprises in Jiazhan is on a "good" level.Comprised to the lead multilayer compound floor enterprises in Nanxun, the core competitivenesseslevel of wood processing enterprises in Jiazhan are weaker. By the analysis of evaluation results, thepaper gets a consciousness that there are some problems in the development process of wood processingenterprises in Jiazhan, such as low annual average R&D costs, inadequate of brand promotion,imperfect procurement mechanism, indifference of product post-sale service, and insufficient force tothe enterprise culture construction and so on. At last, aim at these problems, the paper gives relativecountermeasures from product development, marketing, management, service and culture constructionand so on.
