In recent years, with the rapid development of national economy, flower industry has become an imortant "sunrise industry". Statistical data from the past two years shows that regardless of area, production, sales, foreign trade credits and other indicators, the flower industry in Zhejiang has the absolute advantages, ranking the leading position in China. However, compared with developed countries, there is still a big gap. Under the increasingly competitive situation, flower enterprises in Zhejiang need urgently to develop appropriate competitive strategies and countermeasures.This thesis has an detailed analysis of flower markets at home and abroad. It concludes the competitive advantages of domestic typical provinces in the development of flower industry. First of all, I have a basic understanding of the overall state of flower industry in Zhejiang province. What's more, I make a whole strategic analysis of the flower industry in terms of the target market selection, resource allocation, competitive advantage, synergies and market positioning. This thesis makes comprehensive use of the SWOT analysis, Porter's three basic competitive strategies to analyze profoundly the internal environment, external conditions of Zhejiang Senhe Seed Industry Co., Ltd. What's more, it points out the developing problems, opportunities and challenges. In the end, it further clarifies the strategic measures. Firstly, enterprises should establish a stable system of industrial structure, attention to the development of feature resources of the enterprises, focusing on germplasm, clear business target market, and leading enterprises and cooperatives to strengthen the cultivation. Moreover, we should improve enterprise information network platform, expand sales channels, and realizing enterprise financing diversification. Furthermore, we should set up the flower business professional personnel, enhance synergies among enterprises and departments, and rationally allocate the flower resources. Last but not least, enterprises should vigorously develop flower tourism and leisure industries. Thus, we can effectively guide the rapid development of flower enterprises in Zhejiang Province to better integrate with the international flower markets.
