With the rapid economic development , transportation infrastructure continuous improvement,and more and more increasing of car ownership, the corresponding oil has almost come into every house as a common daily necessities. At the same time, gas stations, as a primary venue for Oil Products, and it's mode of operation and management has also attracted more and more people's attention.In the actual management of the gas station, gas station personnel shift work appears to be insignificant, but in fact it's directly affected by the single station sales ,skills, sales of oil structure, the gun-putting rate, geographical location and business development of non-oil and many other factors. Reasonable way of shift work can improve labor efficiency, improve working and rest time so as to enhance economic efficiency and management level. More importantly, the efficiency improvement of a gas station shift can directly affect an employee's wages for each gas station to enhance the level, to ensure the vital interests of the general staff.This paper is in the title of"Design and Implementation of Work Mode of gastationin Guangxi Hezhou Marketing Company of Petrocniha"with the study for PetroChina Company Limited Guangxi Hezhou Maeketing Company primary station, We paid deep visits to all the stations within the jurisdiction of our company and in the discussion with the staff on duty of the gas station We made a reasonable analysis of the company 's several shift characteristics of the way. Meanwhile, according to the way of its current shift operations, through the questionnaire, the realistic way of measuring the time and analyzing its impact factor, We proposed the option program of optimizing the shift mode of operation and then we have a short test in some gas stations and we obtain significant results, I hope this paper can provide guidance of the selection shift way and optimization methods of the gas station.
