The Application Researches On ERP Software Which Based On SOA Architecture In Auto-part Industry

For 30 years, with double resource consumption, the world's most diligent human input, the most hard learning spirit and struggle spirit, Chinese Enterprises won the speed, the scale and profits, and quickly became a force that cannot be ignored in the world economy. In particular, after decades of ups and downs, China's auto industry has become an important base for the vehicle and spare parts production. As the key of whole automobile production chain, auto parts industry is forecasted to be the one of the fastest growing industry in the coming few years. In recent years, the automotive industry is more competitive and business model is more complex due to the globalization, meanwhile the management difficulty increases exponentially...... The more and more excellent entrepreneurs understand that, the informationization construction has become the enterprise's way to alive in such competitive era. More and more enterprises gradually stepped out of the original traditional management system, and began to accept the new informationization management model.The article firstly introduces the history and development of ERP, offering the actual background for the issue. After that, it analyses the application design architecture of ERP software product, and introduces the ERP product that is based on the service-oriented architecture (SOA): the UFIDA commercial application suite U9. Besides, by analyzing the application status of the auto informatization and the management system, and regarding the U9 the commercial application suite as the implementation platform, the best practice of the auto informatization is totally applied to the manufacturing enterprise of the engine crankshaft. Apart from these, the article focuses on discussing the existing bewilderment in the operating management, and analyses the managerial focus and difficulty of the supply system and production system. Moreover, it organically bonds the advanced management system and the critical characteristic of U9-ERP with the enterprise's practice to produce the critical application project such as sales management, production planning, manufacturing management, purchasing management and cost accounting, and by basing on the above establishes the informationized platform that adapts to the enterprise's future development.
