Enterprise's competition is actually talent competition. Which company can have more and better talent resource, that can compete in mastering the initiative, and in end leads to success. The importance of the human resources of enterprises is obvious. This paper take jilin province conversion engineering company as the research object, make analyzed about the company power engineering project management of the existing staff's work enthusiasm is not big, and put forward that the company must reform power engineering project management of worker of incentive mechanism ,so that it can fully mobilize staff's work enthusiasm, improve work efficiency, adapt to the market competition. First, the paper from the China's human resources and importance of employees on the incentive mechanism of some of the problems that appear in the engineering project management, and discussed analyze on the status of incentive mechanism . Then through to the problems of the company were analyzed and finally give the corresponding countermeasure of the jilin province conversion engineering company in project management personnel incentive mechanism , in hopes that can solve the related issues of the company in project management personnel incentive mechanism .
