With the rapid development of the economy,a new growth point has emerged in the regional economy-the park.All parts of the country have begun to pay attention to the construction and development of the park and have gaimed more economic value.Some of the parks have even been used as image projects of the regional economy to obtain social attention..In February 2019,China's national parks totaled 340,and many provinces and cities began to build their own parks in order to promote local economic development.At present,the construction of industrial parks has been regarded by governments at all levels as the main driving force for regional economic growth.Various support policies have also been promulgated one after another,which has greatly promoted the development and growth of industrial parks.With the development of the park,especially the gradual landing of various projects,the management committee of the park still faces the problem of shortage of talents and low enthusiasm for work,which has become one of the main"bottlenecks"for the development of the park.In the process of building a park,talent as a core competitiveness,its incentive work is particularly important.At all levels,the personnel incentive work of the management committee of the park has been given an important position,and incentive mechanisms and innovative institutional mechanisms of the management committee of the park have been introduced.To stimulate the enthusiasm of talent work and increase the vitality of the development of the management committee of the park.We will support the establishment of a management system in which the personnel of the internal institutions and subordinate units of the park can enter and exit,break through the identity restrictions,attribute the existing formally compiled administrative staff to the file personnel sequence,and implement salary changes for the personnel assigned to the file sequence in accordance with the policy.In general,the technology,management,and management talents of the park management committee are introduced into the public recruitment method.We will encourage qualified parks to explore and implement performance assessment management,and form an income distribution mechanism that is based on job and performance.The provinces and cities provide policy support for institutional innovation and talent motivation in the park.Taking Gaoligong Mountain Tourism Resort Management Committee as an example,this paper mainly discusses from the perspective of the various levels of talents motivation of the Park Management Committee,analyzes the current situation of various talents motivation work of Gaoligong Mountain Tourism Resort Management Committee,and finds out the existing problems in talent motivation work.This paper proposes a comprehensive incentive system that explores the establishment of integrated assessment and incentive measures as the main line and integrates various incentive measures with each other,and puts forward some feasible suggestions for the personnel incentive work of the management committee of the park.
