With the economic globalization and the advancement of China’s economic system reform, the competition pattern of bank has greatly changed, talent flow of bank is also frequent. Appropriate talent flow is beneficial to improve the efficiency of human resources in banking industry, and the realization of individual utility can promote the maximization of social utility. However, excessive flow of talent will also bring huge losses to banking industry.From the perspective of human resource management, the brain drain phenomenon of A branch in the current China postal savings bank are studied systematically:First, this paper has carried on the induction about the literature of brain drain and employee job satisfaction questionnaires in A branch of postal savings bank of China, analysis characteristics and reasons of the brain drain in A branch of the postal savings bank of China and explore the existence impact that the phenomenon may take to A branch of postal savings bank of China.Second, through the questionnaire survey analysis, we know that the most part employee in A branch of the postal savings bank of China are satisfied with their current job, working environment and Boss management style. But on the bank employee salary welfare system, promotion mechanism, training and professional satisfaction and bank current incentive mechanism, the satisfaction is low. The reason of the problem of excessive brain drain include:individual factors, organization internal factors and external environmental factors.According to the results of the questionnaire, this article puts forward the corresponding countermeasures from the personal factors, internal factors and external factors three aspects respectively, including design science careers for employees, strengthen the construction of the welfare system, build a scientific and perfect performance appraisal system, enhance the fairness and the bank’s own management construction, attach importance to culture, provide a good cultural atmosphere, emphasize the combination of the spiritual and material incentives and so on.lt is to improve the staffs loyalty and reduce staff turnover rate.The purpose is to attach importance to the problem of brain drain in A branch of the postal savings bank of China, and provide reference for its mitigation of the brain drain.
