This article is in the foundation of systematically regulating and analyzing the domestic and foreign related research,take the self-efficacy theory,the"expectation-value"achievement motivation theory and hierachy of needs theory as the rationale.300 graduate students of five universities in Harbin are selected as my study objects,using the questionnaire law research into career decision making self-efficacy,achievement motivation and occupation expectation. Statistically analyze the data, and understand these three aspects'development condition of current master as well as the relationships among these three aspects.In view of the goal and the method above,the results show that:The different sex and speciality are significance of difference in the occupational choice self-efficacy;The different sex,specialty and grade are different significant in achievement motivation;Different sex, inhabited area,specialty and whether only child or children are significance of difference in the occupation expectation;The sex, the specialty and the occupation expectation's interaction is remarkable;There are remarkable correlations among the career decision making self-efficacy,the achievement motivation,and the occupation expectation; Simultaneously the choice self-efficacy,the achievement motivation can forecast occupation expectation; Pursuing success play intermediary role in the model completely, but avoidance-of-failure neither have the intermediary function nor regulation in the model.Based on empirical study,analyze the cause of master employment's difficulty, contrapuntally put forward relevant countermeasure and suggestion of solving graduate student's employment.First,the master's degree student should adjust the mentality of job hunting, enhances match degree of the individual and the occupation;Second,to strengthen the master's employment guidance,enhance their employability;Third,to increase university autonomy of master;Fourth,improve the relevant laws and regulations employment and social security system; Finally, companies should change the ideality of employment,pay attention to human development. Ultimately increase the employment rate of graduate students,improve the current difficult employment situation of graduate students.
