Career decision-making refers to an individual's choice for a career they are going to be engaged in and the act of making a proper action plan for the career goal.It is of great significance for one's career development and the realization of self value to make a good job decision.However,because of the wide variety of occupations and the miscellaneous job information,it is common for college students to be faced with difficulties in the process of career decision-making.If one get a job that is chosed casually instead of his/her interest,it may become a common phenomenon for him/her to select job hopping.Due to this,we choose college students' career decision-making difficulty as a breakthrough point.Then we construct a theoretical model to analyze the impact mechanism of college students' career decision-making difficulty.In this model,ambiguity tolerance is the independent variable,career decision-making self-efficacy is the mediating variable,attribution is a moderator and career decision-making difficulty is the dependent variable.Firstly,this paper analyzes the contemporary research on ambiguity tolerance,attribution,career decision-making difficulty,the role of career decision-making self-efficacy between ambiguity tolerance and career decision-making difficulty and the role of attribution between ambiguity tolerance and career decision-making self-efficacy.Secondly,the paper further analyzes the intermediary role of career decision-making self-efficacy between ambiguity tolerance and career decision-making difficulty and the moderating role of attribution between ambiguity tolerance and career decision-making self-efficacy,and puts forward relevant theoretical assumptions;then the paper analyzes the data acquired from a questionnaire survey to 252 college students as samples by SPSS20.0.The results are as follows:(1)career decision-making self-efficacy plays a complete intermediary role between ambiguity tolerance and career decision-making difficulty.The higher the individual's tolerance to the ambiguous situation,the higher the self-efficacy of the individual's career decision-making,which leads to individuals make career decision easier;(2)Attribution style plays a moderating role in the relationship of ambiguity tolerance and career decision-making self-efficacy.For individuals with external locus of control,the effect of ambiguity tolerance on career decision-making self-efficacy is weak.Because they are easily influenced by the external environment,the influence of ambiguity tolerance on this occupation decision-making influence self-efficacy will be weakened;for individuals with internal locus of control,the effect of ambiguity tolerance on career decision-making self-efficacy is stronger.Through the research,the mediating mechanism of career decision-making self-efficacy and the moderating mechanism of attribution that the research proposed contribute to the development of career decision theory.At the same time,the conclusions of the study has a certain reference significance for the individual,enterprises and schools to improve their career decision-making ability.
