Yunnan Province, To Carry Out The Electric Mining Binding Studies

Yunnan province have rich mineral resources and hydropower resources. Mining and power industries have been a pillar industry of Yunnan for many years and the two industries have played a significant supporting role to economic and social development in Yunnan. It is important to enhance the development level of power industry and mining industry for economic development transformation, optimizing industrial structure and promote economic growth of Yunnan. With the development of eco-society, it is inevitable combining power industry with mine industry.In the new situation, the combining is the only way to achieve a win-win. Over the years, yunnan has been relying on their own resources, try to carry out mine with electricity in a less extent, but the methods are relatively simple, the results are unsatisfactory. In this context, this paper carried out the combination of electric and mining in Yunnan in-depth study.In this paper, firstly, I has reviewed the theory of national and international research, expounded the theory of natural monopoly, every stage of the development process of the characteristics of natural monopoly theory, summed up the situation at home and abroad for the power system, the main power system in developed countries, compare foreign and domestic power system of similarities and differences, summed up the meaning and mode of the combination of electric and mine and also analyze the advantages and disadvantages of each model in order to carry out better guide in Yunnan integrated power and mine.Then, I reviewed the recent 30 year's development of Yunnan Electric Power Industry and the mining industry, introduced the status of the two industries in details and pointed at that Yunnan owning good foundation for combination of electric and mining development. On this basis, I made further discussion on the necessary and urgency of Yunnan launching combination of electric and mine; summarized the achievements have been got and the existence problems and summed up the advantages and constraints of power-mine development. All these are ready to firmly grasp the opportunities of Yunnan bridgehead opinion in the price of electricity reform and form comprehensive and clear understanding to their own combination of electric and mining launching. At the same time,I come up with the main ideas for Yunnan combination of electric and mining industry's future development.Finally, this paper take Yiliang County as an example to do a deep research on its combination of electric and mining development and put forward integrated power and mine's thought arrangement. This research concludes two aspects:one is internal conditions including Yiliang own transportation, location, resources, and mining industry, power industry development and other fields and the other is external conditions including a new round of western development, bridgehead construction and other sides. Then, this paper also selected some modles of launching the combination of electric and mining and elaborated each mode in terms of local situation of small and medium hydropower generation companies, large electric mining companies case, the total electricity demand conditions and other aspects. Besides, I calculated the benefits of electrical power grid company with mining, power generation companies, electricity companies and the financial to make a contrast between the past and present time that have started the combination power and mining. Finally, I carry out future recommendations on Yiliang power-mine development.
