A Study On The Interaction Between Tourism Real Estate Development And Urban Spatial Structure

With the steady development of our economy and society, our living standards have gradually improved a lot. The subject of tourism real estate also emerged and developed,the concept of tourism real estate has begun to penetrate into the country's tourism cities. This new type of tourism real estate industry has a bright future.This thesis is mainly a study of the relationships between the main tourism real estate and the urban spatial structure, including the influence of tourism real estate on the urban social economic,and the impact of urban development,etc; on the contrary, the impact of urban industrial structure and local policies on the tourism real estate. Through a series the studies of examples of Dali City and data analysis, tourism estate and urban spatial structure of the interaction between them, to disclose tourism estate in the city of Dali in the distribution, development, and the role in Dali City, furthermore, uncover the propertier and limits the development of urban spatial structure bringes to Dali City. According to the common development for both the emergence of some drawbacks, make some comments about the sustainable development.The structure of the full text is divided into three parts:The first part is an introduction and research design,from researching the background, researching the theme, determining the scope of the study,to identified the tourism types, purposes and obtaine the significance; through the research and analyze about domestic and overseas tourism real estate and urban spatial structure,analysis the status of them, and as on the basis of this thesis come conclude the innovative point.To determine the concepts and types of tourism estate is the focus of this study, and urban the study of spatial structures and the proposed relationships between them is the point. This section also establishes the research ideas and research framework.the thesis as well.The second part are some instances in Dali for the research. We chose the Dali town and Xiaguan village,and payed special attention to the two.On the one hand based on surveys,interviews and relevant data collections, analysis tourism real estate in the towns of Dali and the distribution and impact factors;on the other hand analysised the development of urban spatial structure and the changes of tourism real estate, to disclose the realationship between them on a macro level. And analysised some individual cases, summarized the pros and cons, and the the relationships between them from the micro level.This part is the main part of the paper.The third part of the conclusion of this thesis. Based on the study and analysis in the first and the second part,conclude the interaction between the development of tourism real estate and the development of urban spatial structures, and specifically analyzed the effects in the interaction between the two cases,the changes and the nature phenomenon emerged in the city. Summed up the pros and cons between the two development and put forward some constructive suggestions for the shortcomings.
