With the United Nations Convention on Climate Change ending in Bonn and Copenhagen, the world has entered into a low carbon economy. There is some overlapping among the concept of green, ecology and low carbon while there is also many differences. Although green, ecology and low carbon have covered the energy conservation, yet reducing carbon emissions is the main part of the standard for low carbon. We were always emphasizing the green and the ecology before, however, from the trend of the international development nowadays it is required that quantifying the carbon emissions becomes the necessity of the further development of the green supply chain and the ecology supply chain. As a big responsible country,the State Council of China clearly proposed the gas emissions targets over the next decade to control greenhouse:On the year of 2020,the national GDP emissions of carbon dioxide would decrease 40-45% comparing to that in 2005. It is the low carbon economy that is the model which is based on low energy consumption, low pollution, low-emission. The essence includes the efficiently use of energy, clean energy development, the pursuit of green GDP while the core is technological innovation of energy technology, emissions reduction and industrial structure, institutional innovation and the change of the concept of human survival and development. Therefore, in order to comply with the changes of the domestic and international situation, enterprises are supposed to foster a new economic growth point of low carbon emissions, from the Angle of the entire supply chain, optimization of each node enterprise and supply chain of low carbon behavior, improve the various enterprises in a low carbon economy background market competitiveness. In order to accommodate the tremendous changes in domestic and international, enterprises are supposed to cultivate the new economic growth point which is characterized by low carbon emissions to optimize the low carbon behavior of enterprises and supply chain from the perspective of the entire supply chain so as to improve the market competency under the background of low carbon economics.The supply chain is an economic entity with independent legal person and non-binding administrative.To achieve the same goal of low carbon economy,it is required to studying on constructing effective incentive machanism to enable enterprises activly join the team of "low carbon".While the low carbon supply chain performs as a new concept and a new technology,there will be masses of problems happening in the process of its implementation.Due to the reason aboved,it is important and will bring far-reaching significance to study on the incentive machanism countermeasures of low carbon sully chain.By questionnaire surveying and interviews to a subsidiary company of Yunnan Coal Chemical Group,this paper is trying to understand the situation of the implementation of low carbon supply chain management,then proposes the low carbon suopply chain hyposthesis effetion factors.Basing on the qustionnaire data,factor analysis, correlation analysis are made to get the important effecting factors and the correlation among the factors.On the last step,this paper constructs incentive machanism after which the countermeasures of the incentive counterm machanism implementation are also proposed.The first chapter describes the background and research status in domestic areas and abroad and then makes low carbon supply chain review.Based on the study aboved, ideas and methods of this study are proposed.The second chapter explains the theory involved in this paper so as to provide a theoretical basis for the following chapters.The third chapter makes analysis of the present situation of low carbon supply chain management in Yunnnan chemical industry and proposes relevant hypotheses. The forth chapter constructs incentive machanism according to previous chapters and the results of the qustionnaire data. The fifth chapter analyzes the corresponding countermeasures for the incentive machanism in previous chapter.The last sixth chapter presents a brief summary of this text, pointing out the innovations in this paper, and put forward to the follow-up studies.
