A company's outstanding senior management team is the main driving force of sustainable competitive with the acceleration of global economic integration and the ever-changing information revolution, the organization's diversification trends and the need to work together with the departments of the enterprise's senior management team presented new challenges, and thus further promote the corporate senior management changes in the way of work. Business leaders that work alone and "autocratic" management in many year ago has been difficult to adapt to today's highly competitive market environment, the management of their business needs more collaborative manner with the operation of the team, which requires that companies must establish a suitable senior management team to lead the development of enterprises. For the academic study of leadership from the leader of some personal characteristics,behavior and leadership style, which simply shifted to the study of individual top management team's behavior-based.Meanwhile, human capital has gradually become the core of whether the efficient operation of capital times, so the senior management team for the increasingly prominent corporate strategy formulation and implementation process of the most important human capital, its effective operation of the enterprise to become successful or not important to ensure that the senior management team's strategic decision-making and implementation of quality related to the company's future development and success of the overall. This article discusses the enterprise-based TMT (Top Management Term, namely:TMT) theory of corporate strategic decision-making model in Diqing Mining Development Co., Ltd. on the use and development of appropriate strategic measures that will help build a mining Diqing a highly competitive environment and able to adapt to a dynamic environment senior management team, which will contributing to the booming of mining Diqing and to create greater economic benefits.This paper mainly based on the theory with the actual team of top management strategic decision-making and implementation of a systematic study.First, this theory from the strategic relevance of all aspects of the strategic process that has been studied and explained the relevant corporate TMT theory and strategic choice of some of the methods of analysis and evaluation of strategic options in the SWOT matrix method, QSPM matrix method and Boston matrix method for a brief Comments. And then through systematic analysis of the company's external and internal environmental factors which help the senior management team to outline a comprehensive and dynamic external competitive environment and internal operating environment of the blueprint. Then, the TMT theory was constructed to the senior management team strategic decision-making model which is proposed based on fuzzy numbers method for strategic decision-making preferences of the assembly and the preferred solution choice between the senior management teams. Calculated by the quantitative model shows the company's senior management team's strategic decision-making process and the result of strategic decision-making choice by senior management team. Finally, by combined the company's actual situation, we make the company's technology innovation strategy of overall planning and implementation measures.
