Research Of Enterprise Culture Of China Petroleum Enterprise Based On The Corporate Strategy

With the advent of the knowledge-based economy, it is the increasing awareness of corporate culture has become the core competitiveness of enterprises an important factor. The advanced experience of developed countries shows that the building of enterprise culture is a market economy and enterprise self-development the cornerstone of the firm, are to enhance the international competitiveness of enterprises a strong guarantee. And business strategy for an enterprise's development and growth has a crucial role in the relationship between success or failure of enterprises and the rise and fall of life and death. One enterprise culture is also changing at the same tine. Excellent enterprise culture is closely corresponding with the enterprise strategy. In the following, this paper put forward the basic principles to follow to construct the petroleum enterprise, according to these principles, this paper construct several modes of constructing enterprise culture.
