Research On Life Cycle Service Models And Methods For Home Electrical Appliances

After 40 years of development after the reform and opening up,China's manufacturing capability has significantly increased.With the emergence of manufacturing technologies such as smart manufacturing,cloud manufacturing,green manufacturing and service-oriented manufacturing,as well as the continuous integration of manufacturing and service industries,the manufacturing industry is undergoing a new challenge--manufacturing services.As an important part of the manufacturing industry,the household electrical appliance industry has also been developed.However,the added value of household electrical appliances is still at a low level,and the low degree of product innovation service is the main reason why it is so difficult for the household electrical appliance enterprises to increase the products'added value.So,the improvement of product service innovation ability is an urgent problem to be solved for the household electrical appliance enterprises.Therefore,service-oriented manufacturing is a new and big challenge for household electrical appliance enterprises,and it's also a development opportunity.To help the household electrical appliance enterprises with better service transformation,this paper firstly analyzed the problems in service transformation,proposed service demands and then constructed a life cycle service model for household electrical appliances.Finally,this paper proposed some innovative service contents for the design stage,the manufacturing stage and the sale and after-sale stage.The main contents are as follows:The first chapter is an introduction.It firstly introduced the research background in product life cycle,product service and product life cycle service.Then it analyzed the research status in the concept,theory and method of service-oriented manufacturing.Finally,it summed up the challenges of service-oriented manufacturing and put forward the research content and research significance of this paper.The second chapter is the theoretical research on life cycle service for household electrical appliances.It firstly introduced the concept,species and development status of household electrical appliances.Then it analyzed the situation and development trend.Finally,it proposed three kinds of life cycle services for household electrical appliances based on different service objects.The third chapter is the research on the life cycle service demands and mode for household electrical appliances.It firstly analyzed the life cycle service demands and built the life cycle service demands matrices for household electrical appliances.Then it put forward the principle and process of building the mode for household electrical appliances and finally the mode is built on the basis of the principle and process.The fourth chapter is service research on design stage of household electrical appliances.This chapter put forward three kinds of services in design stage of household electrical appliances.They were design knowledge service,collaborative innovation design service and collaborative custom service for household electrical appliances.The fifth chapter is service research on manufacturing stage of household electrical appliances.This chapter put forward four kinds of services in manufacturing stage of household electrical appliances.They were supplier module resource service,production process monitoring service,product Internet service and manufacturing resource service for household electrical appliances.The sixth chapter is service research on the sale and after-sale stage of household electrical appliances.This chapter put forward seven kinds of services in sale and after-sale stage of household electrical appliances.They were results-oriented full service,use-oriented experiencing service,distribution service based on customer satisfaction,maintenance service under fair and transparent environment,EPR-based recycling service,knowledge service for everyday use and sharing service under shared economic model for household electrical appliances.The seventh chapter is the summary and outlook.It firstly made a summary for this paper and then described the main contents and innovation points.Finally,it prospected the deeper research for the life cycle service for household electrical appliances.
