ZY Chemical Company's Safety Management

With the unceasing development and improvement of human production and living standard, the varieties and quantities of chemicals that people use have rapidly increased, but many chemicals also pose certain threats to the human survival due to their inherent dangerous characteristics, flammability, explosiveness, toxicity and harmfulness. Therefore, it is of great realistic significance for promoting the continuous, stable and healthy development of chemical industry and protecting people's personal safety and health through strengthening the safety management of hazardous chemical.The systematic study of the hazardous chemical's safety management problem for ZY Chemical Company has been carried out in this paper through integrating the current situation of China's hazardous chemical's safety management with the personal experience in this field. The current situation of hazardous chemical's safety management for ZY Chemical Company was introduced and the existing problems, such as unsound safety facilities, weak safety consciousness for the employee and unpractical responsibility system were put forward. The analysis for the macroscopic environment's politics, economy, technology and society was carried out with PEST analytical method and the discussion about the macroscopic environment, industry environment and internal environment of ZY Chemical Company was made with SWOT model method. A conclusion was drawn that the safety management system must be established for the chemical industry.Under the guidance of intrinsic safety theory, aiming at the existing problems and reasons, integrating the actual demand of ZY Chemical Company's development and running and taking the measures of safety training and safety goal examination from the identification of dangerous source, the safety management system for ZY Chemical Company was established. A hazardous chemical storage safety management strategy suitable for the enterprise's development was formed through consummating the system security measure, emphasizing the training of human resources and strengthening the cultural activities in enterprises.
