If the enterprises want to achieve the competitive advantage in the market, they should combine the characteristics of their companies to improve their competitive ability. This thesis mainly points to expand the whole enterprise cluster effect from the steel industrial chain and industrial cluster. The competition between enterprises is not only the competition of raw materials, but also manpower, technology, information, process management, and the enterprise internal resources, besides enterprises develop in the specific macroscopic and microscopic environment and till related between competition and cooperation. Steel company belongs to a special industry, so the thesis analyzes the view—the construction of industrial chain and industrial cluster in the background of current policy and economic to improve the competition ability of the enterprise and the industry.The thesis discusses the industrial chain and industry cluster at home and abroad for the present situation of the research discusses as the background, the final end was how to build the chain of steel enterprises and industrial cluster and to set up the development of the enterprise strategy to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. This thesis sets about analysis of industry and then bases on the current situation analysis enterprise, providing these analysis tools such as the factor analysis, structure analysis, multiply effect analysis, and comes to the feasibility and necessity of industry chain and industrial cluster Steel enterprises. Finally the thesis sets up the structure of the industrial chain and cluster and puts forward the corresponding technology and policy support with specific steel enterprise according to business enterprises.The thesis can be briefly described as follows:The first chapter introduces the thesis'study background, the significance and conditions mainly, summarizes present research of the domestic experts and the authoritative organization, overviews the basic framework, research methods and innovations.
