Research And Analysis On Influencing Factors Of Employee Violation Behavior

Safety can be regarded as the basis of all producing activities.A series of casualty accidents have made a significant influence not only on the loss of life and property to enterprises and society,but also on the higher requirements of existing safety system.Recently,it is worth noting that Chinese safety production show an upward trend by year.For instance,the supervision of safety production is strengthened continuously by government,and the awareness of safety is rooted in people's mind.Meanwhile,enterprises have paid more and more attention to safety management.However,the fact is that casualty accidents happened occasionally.It is represented that the faulty operation of safety staff should be responsible for accidents,according to the latest statistical data.There is no doubt that the inevitable issue for every enterprise is how to handle the act of fault by staff suitably.Therefore,there is a practical significance to explore the factors which can be affected the act of fault for safety management.Through a large number of analysis and summarize from research achievements at home and abroad,this thesis discusses the influencing factors of violation behavior and finds 8 first-level indicators with 18 secondary indicators which have an impact on violation behavior during safety producing.Besides,this thesis makes a hypothesis and demonstrates the relationship between influencing factors and violation behavior.The questionnaire about the influencing factors of violation behavior by employees in safety production is designed according to the proposed content of violation indicator and existing questionnaire at home and abroad,which should be appropriate to national conditions.What's more,the final version is determined via an analysis with reliability and validity on pre-test questionnaire.This thesis take coal mining industry and construction industry as targets to distribute the questionnaire respectively.According to the data recovered by the eligible questionnaire,the path analysis method of the structural equation model is used for analysis.In contrast,work environment,especially for coal mining industry,plays an important role inviolation behavior.Apart from this,it is illustrate that the influencing factors for coal mining industry are as same as construction industry,but the influencing degree between two industries is different.As a consequence of that,this thesis provides several counter-measures to improve the violation behavior.
