Career management has been becoming the key point of human resources theory research at present, and the career management of the technical employees is high-lighted with the increasing of the technical factors in the field. During the period of upgrading of OEM companies, technical concentration are increasing as well. They are in the hard situation to survive and develop because of cruel competition. Meanwhile the OEM companies has realized that normal products and service could not meet the market, They need profess-ional as well as technical team to support the company to provide high value-added products and service, aiming at obtain the market competition. So OEM companies have to maintain and motivate technical employees and have career management to promote their maximum potentials and make the company more competitive and creative. Nowadays effective career management can assist company to minimize the gap between company and technical employees, eventually achieve the win-win target.Based on the theory of career management, this article analyzed the case of SN company current technical team situation and problem, and reviewed SN company growth routing as well as the technical team. It is also combined with deep and systematic analysis for the background of OEM era in the Delta Pearl River area and essential cause for the high resignation rate of technical employees and decline of employee satisfaction, which are related to employees themselves, company culture, field status, the society and even nation reality.Finally, with the guide of human resources theory and organizational behavior theory, the article try to figure out the solutions for technical employee career management and the concrete methods for SN company to create the scientific and effective career management system which can accelerate the mutual growth for both the company and the technical employees.
