In the era of knowledge economy, the knowledge staff, as the knowledge and technical carrier’s, becomes the modern enterprise’s human resource capital for enhancement of core competitiveness. Along with the technical rapid development, enterprise is exceptionally intense to competition of technical talented person, how to attract, detains the technical talented person is one important topic of the enterprise human resources management, Inspirit and the career management of the technical personnel are very vital significance to the company survival and even to the long-term development the enterprise.This article selects FC Corporation as object of study. As an influence result of the personnel market stern competitive environment, as well as the career management system is distemperedness, and so on intrinsic factor, the technical personnel in FC Corporation has been at the low working efficiency and high outflow state. Therefore, after the analysis of the technical personnel characteristic, and taking the classics career management theory knowledge as the foundation, the article unified the FC Corporation career management system’s present situation and insufficient, brought up the principle and improvement way for the FC Corporation technical personnel career management.This article based on the related career management theory and technical personnel’s demand factor’s research results, carries on the analysis and optimization to the FC Corporation’s career management system, it provides the reference solution for same category of enterprise, it also can be some worthful model experience and methodology for other types enterprises. Optimization of the career management system is not the sole project, and the optimized system is not getting it done once and for ever, it needs the unceasing adjustment and innovation in executing and in the practice process, only the real "humanist", can fully inspire the technical personnel’s enthusiasm, and can make the company adapt to the market environment as well as the corporate strategy which constantly changes.
