Dalian postal express logistics company which bases on the general express reform scheme of the national general post office, built in the end of 2008.It is the post office of subordinates in Dalian three units, namely Dalian express branch, Dalian city express branches and Dalian postal logistics merged into. But with the development of Dalian economy, especially the electronic commerce, Dalian express logistics industry win the rapid development, but the market competition is also fierce, the international express giants and some domestic private enterprises are scrambling for customer resources in Dalian.2011, as the first year of market-oriented operation, Dalian postal express logistics company fell into crisis. In the first quarter, its sales met trouble,which didn't achieve the expected growth target. The general manager of the company held the meeting to discuss how to solve the crisis.This paper uses case study method. At first in the introduction, the general manager of the company throws out the problems they faced, and then in the case of text, this paper introduces the development process of the company, the company's target market, and the company's rivals and the comparison of competition ability. This paper introduces the related theory of the express logistics and makes the company's brand orientation in the case analysis. At last the service strategy and relationship marketing strategy are proposed in the solution.All in all, this paper bases on a systematic review of the problems of Dalian postal express logistics company, and puts forward some feasible solutions that will be of important strategic significance to the management in the future work with marketing theory, making the company invincible in the intense logistics market competition, and pointing out the further development for the company.
