Through feasible development strategy and effective enterprise transformationmeasures, its competence has realized a giant leap.Starting from researching the background and potential meaning of the thesis, thisdissertation has investigated the political, legal, economical, technological and socialenvironment with which Hubei Postal Express&Logistics Company is facing. Usingfive-forces analysis model, we found a huge potential increase in express industry as wellas fierce competition due to low entry. Following this, we reviewed the history of thecompany and its organizational structure and business process. Through value chainanalysis and SWOT analysis, we derived the advantages and disadvantages, chances andchallenges of Hubei Postal Express&Logistics Company compared with its competitors,together with corresponding countermeasures. Based on the analysis above, we finallyproposed the development goal of―being the leader in Hubei express market share‖andformulated differentiated and specialized operation strategy. Different markets andproducts should be equipped with differentiated service. Convenience Services and value–added service should also be differentiated. In addition, the company should invest inbrand building, human resource cultivating, cultural construction and networkoptimization to realize its developing strategy. |
