Enterprise management has experienced from experience management, scientific management to cultural management. Zhang Ruimin once said:"The enterprise culture is soul of a company." Any enterprise who wants to succeed, or to be the leader must pay attention to cultural management in the era of knowledge economy. But the enterprise culture is also a very broad concept. Building of enterprise culture has to face the problems such as to correctly comprehend the meaning, to effectively play the role of it, to found construction problems and to find suitable path in the enterprise management process.The concept, function and significance of the enterprise culture are elaborated'and discussed theoretically first in this paper. Then introduces China Mobile Communications Corporation's concept of enterprise culture. Investigates and researches the present situation of China Mobile Communications Corporation Dalian Branch's enterprise culture.Through the analysis of the research results we can find out the problems existed in the enterprise culture's construction of China Mobile Dalian, and it needs to set up the enterprise culture with its own characteristics. This paper puts forward the corresponding solution and form the specific implementation plan of enterprise culture. These problems are quite representative and they have certain reference significance for construction of enterprise culture for other Companies. Further analysis of the causes of these problems are made. Corresponding countermeasures are proposed. Analysises the ralationship between the enterprise cultures of Corporation and Branch. Researches on how to implement the enterprise cultures effectively.
